My journey in transit
We will give you an approximate travel time depending on your arrival and departure terminal, as well as any security or border checkpoints you will need to pass.
The travel times between your 2 flights are taken into account when you buy a connecting ticket on our website. In case your flight arrives late and the minimum connecting time cannot be met, the airline responsible for the delay will offer you a rerouting solution.
If you purchase your flights separately, you must ensure that you have enough time between each flight to make your connection. If your flight is delayed, the airline operating your flight will not be responsible for your rerouting, and will not necessarily offer you an alternative solution.
How easy is it to navigate my way around the airport ?
At Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly, highly visible yellow signs indicate your connection.
Information and navigation self-service kiosks are located throughout the airport. They indicate your boarding gate and travel time, nearby services (stores, bars and restaurants, etc.), or directions to the location of your choice.
You can also ask airport staff for directions!
What should I do if I want to print out my boarding pass or change my seat ?
You will find Air France self-service kiosks located throughout the airport. Our staff is also available and can be found at connection counters.
Is the WiFi free of charge ?
Yes, the network " WIFI-AIRPORT " is free and unlimited in the Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports.
